Your use of any third-party payment services is subject to their terms and conditions, and Mazafam shall not be responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from such third-party services.

3. Profile Viewing

(a) Paid Feature: Mazafam offers the option to view someone’s profile through a purchase. You acknowledge that using this feature will deduct the specified amount from your account balance.

(b) Consent: By making a purchase to view someone’s profile, you agree that the person whose profile you are viewing will be notified that you have accessed their profile. This notification will not disclose the specific details of the purchase.

(c) No Guarantee: The profile viewing feature does not guarantee a match or communication with the person whose profile you view. Mazafam does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of user profiles.

4. User Content

(a) Responsibility: Users of Mazafam are solely responsible for the content they post, including profile information, photos, and messages. You agree not to post any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.

(b) License: By posting content on Mazafam, you grant Mazafam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of providing and promoting the app’s services.

5. Prohibited Activities

(a) Misconduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, offensive, or disruptive while using Mazafam.

(b) Unauthorized Access: You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Mazafam’s systems, user accounts, or any other part of the app.

(c) Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the app’s features, including profile viewing, is strictly prohibited.
